Having the lap-band is an aid that will help making weight loss a bit easier. In the end, you will have to do all of the work. This includes regularly exercising, spread out your meals to 5-6 small meals a day (to keep the digestive system moving around and raising metabolism). I have tried that almost every day since (Granted, there were days where I would eat where I wanted). In the end, I'm just saying that lap-band really is the future of sugery for obese patients.
