Jeff, when you say diabetes friendlier, you are referring primarily to type 2 diabetes? 

I imagine you are providing full nutritional breakdown for all foods so people with type 1 diabetes can know how to dose insulin based on what they choose to eat. I also wonder if you have any plans in the future to offer a gluten free sub option for people with celiac (many people with type 1 diabetes, also have celiac disease).
