Dr. Joseph J. Fallon, Jr., Chief Medical Officer of Diabetes Living Today®, is a board certified Endocrinologist who specializes in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Lipid Disorders. Dr. Fallon is also boarded in Internal Medicine. Being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a young adult, Dr. Fallon has more than 40 years of experience living with diabetes. Dr. Fallon has been in private practice for twenty-seven years, with several office’s in the South Jersey Region.
Dr. Fallon received his B.S. – R. Ph. from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in Baltimore, Maryland. Upon graduation Dr. Fallon was Assistant Director of the Maryland Poison Information Center headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. His medical school education was completed at the University of Health Science Chicago Medical School Chicago, IL. Dr. Fallon’s Internal Medicine internship and residency was done at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Fallon completed his formal education by successfully completeting his endocrine fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pa.
In 2006,Dr. Fallon was honored by serving as President of Camden County Medical Society and also an Alternate Delegate for the Medical Society of State of New Jersey. (MSNJ) Dr. Fallon produced and accepted resolutions on the floor of the House of Delegates of the American Medical Association. (AMA) Fallon is a member of many Professional Society Associations, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, Philadelphia Endocrine Society, Endocrine Society and American College of Physicians.
The Philadelphia Magazine, New Jersey Magazine and South Jersey Magazine have recognized Dr. Fallon as “TOP DOC.”
